"Tech News" App MIA?

I had an App called Tech News that I used a lot and I have been getting a server error so I went to the App Store and it's not even listed anymore. Anyone else have this app and having the same problem or know what happened to it? I miss this App. :confused:

the company probably closed up shop. It happened to me with the app "Endless Walls" I used it all the time then one day it just said loading and it to is no longer on the app store...
