MSN Skins?

No there aren't any skins for Microsoft Messenger , it's 0% customizable. Try Adium or even aMSN if you want features like webcam and skins (I personally prefer Adium, it's prettier and fully customizable , con: no webcam haha xP)
 
I use Adium as well. HUD as my contact list style and Smoke for my message windows. Works like a charm.
