New iMac Graphics Card Choice and SDK Programming

The new iMacs offer NVIDIA GeForce GT 130 512MB or ATI Radeon HD 4850 512MB graphics cards.

If I were to learn how to write progs for the iPhone or Touch, which would be better? Or does it not matter?
