ipod help

when i was charging my ipod on the dock, it completely froze:eek:! the little slashed-out circle doesn't blink and niether does the battery icon. does anyone know what to do?

wow. doesn't sound good. try unplugging it for 15 min or so and then back in. if that doesn't work then call apple asap.

when i unplug it, should i take my ipod out of the dock?

as long as there is no more power then it wouldn't matter either way.
