Anyway to rollback app versions?

Is there anyway to rollback to a previous version of an app? I just updated Ambiance, and now it apparently needs a Wifi connection to function. The sounds are apparently no longer on the Touch, but rather online. I rarely have my Wifi on, which of course ruins this app for me. Anyway to roll back to the previous version?

You can download Ambience Classic for free. That's the old version.
