that sounds nice and dandy (if its true). However, what about a date or an approximate as to when these things will show up?

Hmmm... Then soon after he posts another thread confirming his not being serious-ness :o PlanB does so in this thread (http://forums.appleinsider.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=40085)

Quote from PlanB about the other thread he spawned on Apple Insider: "over a hundred replys to this bullcrap......tut tut tut, lock it up"
Quote from Apple Insider Administrator about the other thread:
"I think this is a good object lesson in what happens when you don't learn the self-restraint to avoid falling for even the most amateur trolls.
If anything gives this forum a bad name, it's the wealth of people who just can't resist the pull of that hook moving through the water. Remember, kids, if you respond to a troll you've been trolled, regardless of what the content of your response actually is. The whole point of a troll is to rack up as many responses as possible.
Let this be a lesson to you"

Which is why I never spend time on Apple Insider.
bah, I'm hoping this is true. Remember when people shunned at the idea of a dual 2.0Ghz? I'm confident that Apple can deal with these predictions. 3 more months and it would have been a year since the G5 was announced.
Apple has surprised us before with the RevA G5, what's to say that this prediction is any further off than than before. Apple has also let us down at the last two MacWorld confs. I'm sure they would have been planning something big. Remember, this isn't motorola.

Every once is a while someone pops in to give a scoop. Sometimes it's credible, sometimes it's off the wall but possible, many times it's not what we want to hear but know it's probably true.
And then you have crap on a web page.

Certainly is interesting. 23" iMacs? haha! for about $3000. It might have been believable, except he forgot to include the dates which was the topic.

itll be wwdc when these things come out, if they do.The only thing that lends cred to this line of thought is that every product mentioned is either due for an update or at the end of the production cycle. I just went to the buyers guide and the only two products that are recommended to buy are the ipod and the Xserve. Everything else is ready to update. This usually doesn't happen with Apple does it? I am used to seeing laptops mid cycle when the new desktops are ready orvice versa. It just seems to me there are a lot of products that need to be updated soon
