I was looking at Crucial, they seem to be a good brand, any others out there anyone is using. Any one have any new DDR3 Crucial memory? How is it performing.

i read a post on here where Crucial memory with the DDR3 is crashing. I am thinking that is just a isolated incident, and not the norm for Crucial memory overall.

Crucial is good place to order and they got DDR3 for new Macs already. It doesn't matter where you buy it, it can still be the "failed" one. If it doesn't work you send it back to 'em and they give you new ones.

I got my crucial from newegg, they had best price. Online prices for 1GB are so low don't know if I'll even try to sell it.

I purchased Crucial 2 2gb stick to upgrade to 4gb DDR3. It works great! Once the price goes down on the 2-4gb stick to upgrade to 8GB total I will order it. I ordered the screwdriver and it didnt fit my new iMac so dont waste your time with that. My memory has not crashed.
