Can I charge a 2 y/o white MB with the LED Cinema Display?

Bought the 24" ACD the other day, truly is a beautiful relationship between it and my MBP.


Was wondering, will the magsafe from the ACD work okay with my old macbook? I presume so as my mbp charger works fine with my old mb.
 
I answered my own question - I just bunged it in and it charges fine.

Sorry for double post.
