keeps reappearing

Determining correct file permissions.
We are using special permissions for the file or directory ./System/Library/Filesystems/cd9660.fs/cd9660.util. New permissions are 33261
The privileges have been verified or repaired on the selected volume

what does this mean and how do i get it to go away?
 
Not much, and you don't. I believe Apple slipped up with the permissions on that file, but I haven't read anywhere about it causing any actual problems.

They'll probably fix it in an update at some point, but until then I'd just ignore it.

do with my idisk not syncing anymore. thanks again.
