A German frozen food company hopes to raise sales with a new product: Obama fingers. The tender, fried chicken bits come with a tasty curry sauce.
[A] German food company has now gotten into the act. Sprehe, a company that has all manner of frozen delicacies on offer, has come up with a new product it calls "Obama Fingers." Far from being real digits, though, the "fingers" in question are "tender, juicy pieces of chicken breast, coated and fried," as the product packaging claims.
Fried chicken, in other words. With a curry dip.
Companies will try anything for a sale

In the US, we'd have to call them A-Rod Fingers, just so we can use the genetically modified and hormone filled chickens. :p

I've actually had these. We were looking for something new for dinner and these looked so promising that the majority of the family decided on them. Unfortunately they turned out to be largely disappointing. On the outside they look fresh and new and a change from the past, but in fact they're largely the same as what we've had before....

I've tried it too, actually. Not quite as fresh and tasty as the box made it look, but I think I'll try it for a few more months before I make my verdict. Who knows, it might grow on me.

A little stereotypical naming fried chicken after a black man. I thought that was pretty funny.

At least these don't make you through-up in disgust as was the case with the ones that came before...

I understand a small contingency still feels that Sprehe was supposed to have brought Hillary Fingers to market.

And you don't think that if Hillary had won they might have gone with another anatomical part of the chicken?

No Hillary breasts thanks.
Were they called Obama Fingers cos they're brown on the outside and white on the inside?
(note: I do support obama. Sorry if my comment wasn't in good taste. *rimshot*)

Did anyone notice that all the pieces look like the middle finger?
Hillary chicken?! Chickens do not have thighs that ginormous.

And you don't even want to guess how strange a texture those breasts will have after being pre-chewed on as often as those have been, not even mentioning the age of the meat.

Annoyingly they don't sell these in the UK, not that they are my favourite but what is available here is quiet poor.
