You'll need Monoprice's Mini DisplayPort-HDMI adapter for the TV. You won't get audio through it.
If you're not using it for anything professionally, you don't need to worry about panel quality or...
Wait, is it a TV or a monitor (the Dell)? Can HDMI output to 2650x1600?
If so, use HDMI, if not, use DVI with Apple's Mini DisplayPort-dual link DVI adapter.
