OCZ, Intel, G. Skill, Samsung all make good SSDs.

The largest you'll find is a 256MB MLC-based SSD. ~ $550US

If you have a deep wallet, you can look into Mtron, Memoright, etc. The companies make SLC drives.
The largest SLC-based (better reliability), is a Memoright 128MB ~ $2600US
