Hey everyone. I've got a 15" 1.25Ghz Powerbook, only a month or so old. Looking to trade it for a dual G5 system.
The laptop has been upgraded to 1GB RAM (2x 512MB) with a quality chip from Crucial... stable as a rock.
I've used it solely for audio production... but I'm looking for a bit more horsepower. Don't quite need the portability as much as I thought I would.
It has a 60GB HD and the combo drive (sorry, no DVD-RW For you). Brand new, it's valued at $2724 from the Apple store in its current configuration. There are a few scratches on the bottom of it from it moving around on my desk and such, but the keyboard area and the top of it are flawless.
I'm looking for a dual G5 system, 1.8 or 2.0. If its a 1.8, I'd like it to have at least a GB of RAM. If it's a 2.0, I can add it later. Looking to do a straight up trade. If you have a 17" TFT monitor to throw in as well, I'd be happy to pay extra to even things out.
You can keep your mouse if that makes any difference. I still use the Pro Mouse from my old Dual 867.
