acupuncture anyone ???

I have been really intresed in acupuncture for a while for no other reason than i just want to try it. I was woundering if anyone else has tried it for a medical or non medical reason?

For pain relief it can be very good, I hear.. I had it done once when I was like 10 years old, but don't remember what for or if it worked.

You have to approach acupuncture in the eastern medicine way - it can't be compared to conventional medicine as we know it in the western world.

Aromatherapy is far better for relaxation, any Psychologist will tell you that.
