Weather Data provider

Hi,

I am looking for a weather data provider. The data is displayed/integrated into a commercial iPhone application.
Unfortunately Yahoo weather and accuweather.com restrict their data usage to non commerical applications.
Does anyone know of a provider who allows commerical usage of its data for free or a reasonable price?
