Is there a way to make it so that users w/o administrative access cannot print unless someone with administrative access enters their username and password? So in other words, is there a way to make it so that a username and password will be required to print for non administrative users? Also it would also be great to limit the amount of printing they can do. So you don't get someone who knows nothing about computers (like a little kid) printing off 20 color photos.

A couple of people have told me that you have to modify the cupsd.conf file, but I can't seem to get it to work at all. If there is another way then please tell me. So any help would be great.

This is something that Apple should make it easier to do. People shouldn't have to mess around with Unix. I've already submitted a request for these features.
