I currently do web development and am thinking of switching to apple. occasionally, i need to use a few windows specific applications such as visual studio and enterprise manager. I run a PC at home but would like to get a PB and a cinema display for work. I'm concerned about the performance of virtual pc. I would probably get a G4 PB with a 1 gig of ram. any thoughts / suggestions?

also, on my pc i have an m-audio audiophile card. do the external sound cards by m-audio work well?

thanks,

jonathan

If you are concerned about the performance of Virtual PC, buy a pc.

M-Audio external cards work well. Virtual PC is dog slow. You'll be dissappointed with a a G4 PB if you've been working on a reasonably new desktop PC (with or without 1GB Ram)
