Dual 500 G4 Gigabit versus Powerbook g4 1.33

Hi, does anyone know where I can get some definitive stats comparing these two machines, benchmarks etc.? Or does anyone have one that they've run Cinebench on? I'm trying to figure out how much faster a powerbook will be than my dual 500 Gigabit. Thanks!

By the way, how many posts do you have to provide to not be a newbie anymore? Just curious.
