Problems with Cinema 4d R11 and Vectorworks exhange plugin...

hi all,

I'm pretty new to cinema 4d and vectorworks and i am an Architecture student and trying to realise my models that i make on vetorworks on cinema 4d R11. i have downloaded the "vw2009upd.c4dupdate" file from the maxon site and tried to install in cinema 4d as it says. but when i go to the help menu and select manual install and select file the update manager thing says "no new updates avaliable"?

also would anyone know where i could find some good tutorials on cinema 4d an the architecture edition...
