How to add third party application through computer

Just jailbreaked my iphone. Took me a while to figure out what I need to do... not iphone savvy at all.

So now I want to add this application: http://www.trejan.com/projects/ipod/#BATTERY to be able to monitor my battery information. How do i add it to my iphone exactly?

SSH it in, or add this source as a source in Cydia.

Well, not Cydia–Installer–because you can't use it with 2.0 and above.

Yeah, this forum is only about Apple's official App store, you won't get any good answers here.

First - I know it's not hacks forum but I'll post anyways.

2nd - It probably won't work on 2.x (i.e. 2.0, 2.1, 2.2, 2.2.1, etc.)

3rd - to SSH in simply follow the guide that you can find on Cydia's home page. Simple as that.
