Is there any way to install graphic drivers to a VMware virtual machine?

That's because that's all that VMWare can translate. You cannot use your card to its optimum in a VM. You can only do limited 3D, which I thing is DX9 Shader2. That's it, no more. You'll have to use bootcamp to use the whole card.
