View Full Version : Need to replace my superdrive....

in my 1.8 Ghz PowerPC G5. It came with SONY DVD RW DW-U10A, but is giving me problems.

Any recommendations? I will be using it to rip and burn DVD's.

No, it will be a bare drive only. Take a look at the Tech Tips on the OWC optical drive installation (http://eshop.macsales.com/tech_center/installation.cfm) page for instructional videos- and then next time order something from them instead!;)
