HELP!!!.....stuck windows cd in drive

ok so i used a windows cd to insall it onto my mac....after i got done it said restart your computer so i did....then the disk never came up and it tries to install windows again and again and i dont know how to get it out... please help/...all that comes up is a black blue screen that says....starting windows setup

If it is a MB/MBP, hold down the mouse button on boot.

MB = MacBook

MBP = MacBook Pro
