iPod music library from iphone to itunes

so i have a problem. i didnt transfer my itunes library to my new macbook when i got it a few months back and now my old computer is dead. so now i can't add new music or movies to my phone or ipod nano.

can i/ how do i add the music to my itunes library from my phone?
