no. not beyond "easy" BTO like RAM upgrades.

You can get turnkey video editing rigs from B&H and Adorama, but that's exactly BTO...

I really recomend general cybernetics. They have low prices and dont charge tax. I got my 17 inch imac with a 160gb hd, wireless mouse + keyboard 1 gig ram fro 2114 dollars. really good deal..not refurb but bto....
