Another Problem

Okay, this goes hand in hand with my last post about accidently deleting my account...i thought all i lost were my files...BUT i just opened iTunes...and NO SONGS...not a problem, i.ve got them all on my iPod, but how [without buying software] can i get these songs back on my hard drive? anyone know?
