Wacom Intuos 3: Zooming in randomly

Love the Intuos 3, but I'm finding that windows are zooming in randomly when I use it.

It happens with any app. In this case, Photoshop, Illustrator and Painter.

It seems to happen as I move the cursor closer to the top of the screen.
