iOS in settings.bundle .....can u change font propertise?

I want to change the font properties of root.plist file(in settings.bundle).
Is it possible?

I think it is possible because in simulator's settings menu, u find that type of font changes.

go-->settings-->General-->International.....then u notice that two type of font there. how it would be...pls help me.
