Best Backup app to use with iDisk?

I am looking for the best way to do automatic backups (of one folder) to MobileMe's iDisk.

I think Apples Backup app will probably be the best solution. Does anyone have any experience of using this app? I really want something that works seamlessly and automatically so it does not get in the way of my day-to-day tasks.

Also how about Automator? I have never used this app so I am not really sure what it does, can it be used to backup files to iDisk? just looking at other possibilities.
