how will 3.0 update effect my jailbroken iphone

i watched a video on the upcoming 3.0 update. just wondering when apple comes out with the 3.0 update how that would effect my jailbroken apps, for example i have the glasklart theme currently installed via winterboard and the little white circles under the springboard icons, where the search icon is displayed how will that work? also i have hclipboard would this be effected by the new cut copy paste feature of the 3.0 update?

for 1 yes .. it will erase all your jailbreak stuff.. and for 2 the copy paste feature is 24854545840584058409848943984834893 times better than hclipboard
