Handbrake Pixel Issue when ripping DVD

I am trying to convert my Rounders DVD for playback in iTunes.

I am using these settings.

Set preset to apple TV.
Set Constant Quality to 61%
anamorphic widescreen set to 'Loose'

When I preview the Picture settings I get this type of image.

What setting do I need to change?

Definitely looks like you didn't decrypt the disc

upgraded VLC and that solved it, thanks!
