Is it only supposed to be used on international outlets? Because for some reason, when I charge my MacBook using that, the CPU temp reading is hotter compared to using the Square that plugs directly to the outlet.

I dont know if it actually affects it..... but it is okay to use it in US outlets right? Its just supposed to be an extension chord and not an international outlet thingy??

lol, it's fine. You're doing something different to cause the temp change.

Quit worrying about the little ****** and just use the computer ;)

it wouldnt fit on international outlets... they have different plug shapes.

all the extension cord is is the normal cord plus a third prong, which is grounded and prevents a power surge in your computer.
