Wordpress Atahualpa theme - the most options?

Has anyone found a more configurable Wordpress theme than Atahualpa (http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/atahualpa) ?

It has built in options that a pretty amazing. Can this be the only one with so many options?

Loads of people are using it in it's basic form Just Google 'Atahualpa'.

I've used it for one of my clients too:

As you can see it's now nothing like the base layout (the author even helped me set up the flash area on the left - he takes small donations for tech help etc).

To answer your original question, no, I'm pretty sure there's nothing quite so configurable from the Dashboard. The author's done a really good job of making a lot of the CSS editable from there. Downside is that, as the author says, sites can be slow. I think he recommends using WP-Supercache to offset this, but that may not be suitable for all content types.
