iTunes wants to erase my iPhone

I just rebuilt my Windows PC and now iTunes wants to erase my iPhone because iTunes thinking it's sync'd to another PC.

I have non-iTunes purchased movies and songs that I don't want erased.
Any way to get these to to sync/merge and play nice?
 
Jailbreak it and then use iPhoneBrowser and find the videos and movies and just drag them from your phone onto your computer.
