Icewind dale Patch ??

I got hold of a copy of Icewind Dale and downloaded a patch file that I need to run.

icewind_Dale1.01.sit being the patch

How the hell do I use this patch on Icewind Dale ?

LOL, needed the old Stuff expander prog, I got it from Version tracker....
