OK this one is a little too Star Trek for me:eek: :eek:
BOSTON - For years, futurists have dreamed of machines that can read minds, then act on instructions as they are thought. Now, human trials are set to begin on a brain-computer interface involving implants.

I certainly hope that this will be successful in human trials. This will be a great thing for patients that suffer from paralyzing diseases.

I thought it was more like Cyberpunk and/or Shadowrun. The application is different of course, ;) but it feels good to know there could be a better future for disabled people.
