Does not recognize Itunes...please help

Hello all , I have an Iphone that was dropped in the water. I changed the battery and now it is working. When I plug it into Itunes it doesnt recognize it. I reset the phone and now it is in DFU mode. Any help would be great Thanks

the water probably caused a short circuit elsewhere also...

you either buy a new dockconnector and hope that's the problem, or you buy a new iphone, or ask apple to check and repair it...
