Why declare that you are going to use the toolchain as though you know its capabilities and then make yourself look like an idiot asking if what you want to do is possible? Based on the things you have said I would have thought that you already knew this was possible with the toolchain...
And yes, anything you want to do with the iPhone is possible with the toolchain providing you know how to do it
