How do i switch around the modifier keys on vista?

I have a macbook pro and the modifier keys go in the order of ctrl, alt, cmd. I think this is the same for all macs. I have just installed vista on here and the keys are all confusing because the ctrl key works as the main modifier key, the alt button works the same and the cmd key works as the windows button. The problem with this is i'd rather have it either:

1. go in the order of ctrl, windows, alt like it does on windows.
2. using the cmd key as the main modifier, alt as the second modifier and ctrl as the windows key.

Does anybody know how to switch around the modifier keys? Sorry if this didn't make much sense.
