Has anyone got a good link to how beat markers work in iMovies09? I just don't understand how the 'gaps' are filled. e.g. two beats 30 seconds apart and I drop in a 15 second video clip. How does iMovies fill the other 15 seconds? What if I then drop in a 45 second clip or 5 photos? Does it snap to the nearest beats?

Cheers spinnerlys. I'd see that one though and whilst it's an excellent article it just doesn't explain how to deal with the gaps.....any other ideas?

Yeah thanks very much for that i'll give it a go. I'm new to mac so just finding my way around the forums...Is macrumours a pretty well used one?

It seems to be the most visited one (to my knowledge).

The two other Mac/Apple related forums I visit are AppleNova (the forum from the former rumours website ThinkSecret) and AppleInsider (rumours and forum).

I don#t know about Apple Discussion though, but it seems to be to only oriented on Apple stuff and not like here with social talk and all that.


From all those three forums (apart from Apple Discussions) MacRumours is the most uncivilized, but that may be due to its size.
And that size gets you fast answers in most cases.
