Hey,

I recently saw an article on how to take out the DVD Drive in the Macbook and replace it with a second Hard Drive if one was keen to do so, and it got me thinking, would it be possible to take a regular aluminum macbook, and build the 3G USB card on the inside, so you don't have to have the thing sticking out of your laptop like a sore thumb.

Not sure if this is possible, but if the more technically inclined on this board could answer this, that would be fantastic.

It would work but would it be worth not having a cd/dvd drive and voiding the warranty plus all the opening and risks of breaking it...

Maybe it is for you but definately not for me!
