I just noticed Berklebassisst is on the musicmobs, same name. Who else is over there, I think it would be a cool way to see what everyone's playlist instead of making new threads every once in a while with the top ten played songs...

i'm jbembe over there.

you have linkage? I assume it is www.musicmobs.com, but I dunno. And what does said website do? I'm on Audioscrobble, for what it's worth (link in my signature).

<edit> yup - that's the right url...</edit>

O.K. The musicmobs is like iTunesRegistry, but has better graphic displays of the music and albums. You can add friends and keep track of who listens to your favorite artist the most. Also, any playcount goes into musicmobs and itunesregistry, but in Audioscrobbler, you have to be on your computer, connected to the internet and actually playing the song for it to count. Any songs you listen to on the ipod don't appear on Audioscrobbler, but show up on the registry and musicmobs. I like musicmobs because it will actually upload the XML file and I'm too lazy to figure out the right way to force iTunesRegistry to accept my file.

You inspired me to figure out how to make a signature. Let's see if it works...
