My brother has a three level townhouse in Bogota, Columbia. His lower floor has an older motorola modem and router (which came with the housethat can feed up to the second floor. However, the WiFi just won't reach up to the third floor where his patio and game room is. Too much concrete I would guess. Any suggestions on how to get that signal up to the third floor. Take into account that he nor his wife are that tech savy and the Columbia doesn't offer much in internet help or hardware. She runs a macbook and he a PC.
Thanks.

You can get a Airport Express and set it up to extend your current wireless network, it's all very simple to setup.

According to Apple, express only works with Apple products. This is a motorola router.
"AirPort Express can extend the range only of an AirPort Extreme or AirPort Express wireless network."

Oh, ok, sorry i didn't realise that, that's pretty pathetic, great way to really limit your products potential... Ok, well pickup virtually any wireless router, the majority will allow for network extending, just be harder to setup than Airport would be.
