Well done all :). Although it did take a fair bit of prodding to get you all going :p.

The schedule is irregular.

See the History of Macrumors Contest Winners.

That history is missing a piece. Although it is in the same forum the last major competition was the 5,000,000 post Avatar contest.

Five Million Post Avatar Contest - Winners and Gallery

As far as I am aware there are no immediate plans to have a contest.

There have been a few mumblings regarding this in Site and forum feedback namely

7 million posts approaching... (http://forums.macrumors.com/showthread.php?t=651192)

We are currently approaching 7,400,000 posts and 680,000 threads with 300,000 members. I suspect that there will be a competition when get to 10,000,000 posts which at the current rate is about 460 days away.

Ideas are always welcome and you never know if you come up with a good one it may come sooner.

Thanks, xUKHCx. The History of Macrumors Contest Winners is now up to date.

What did I do? :p
You were the first to suggest that the Rule 1 flags depended on letters in usernames. If you don't think you were deserving of honorable mention, your punishment will be having to read the Ninebows puzzle thread (http://www.gamedev.net/community/forums/topic.asp?topic_id=286666&PageSize=25&WhichPage=1) at gamedev. (The MacRumors discussion about it was here.) I think more people got puzzle-induced headaches from that puzzle than from any other!
