I know this isn't technically the right place to post this but I'm usually on this forum page so I thought may as well.
What are the little widgety things under our usernames to the left hand side of the message windows? Why are they labelled "Rule '1'" and similar? When did they appear? I'm sure they weren't there last time I logged in...
