cant click on any file using option-restore from (working)3.0 to 2.2.1

i downloaded the firmware from somewhere but i cant click on an individual file to restore to 2.2.1 from 3.0..

my 3.0 i working and i just dont like the buggyness so i just need to understand how to use the option-restore feature..

ughh read the info dude..

i know how to do it.. but when i come to choosing 2.2.1 firmware by click option-restore, i cant click on any file to choose it..
