iPod Touch Glitch!

Hey! I just found a glitch in the ipod touch software. i dont know if its supposed to be like this but here's the deal:
For apps that support rotation, the date should always be in the middle on the title bar.
look at the pictures attached. one of the rotations, the date has gone to the right side of the screen.

Same thing happeded to me on my iPhone and iPod touch when using Griffin's iTalk. Just turn it upsidedown and it's get wierd. I think it's the developer's problem, not Apple's
