I just joined but I have used macs all my life, got my first g3 tower when I was 3 or something lol. I have a macbook alum 13" and I want to connect it to my 19inch Westinghouse TV, to use itunes on the Westinghouse and run safari on my macbook. I know it has a vga, hdmi, and I think a dvi not sure though. What do I need? Audio isnt a problem, because I just hook up my macbook to my sony surround sound.

You'll need a Mini Display to DVI or VGA converter.

Your MacBook should treat the TV just like a secondary monitor, giving you an additional 19" of workspace.

I assume, but I only have experience with the DVI.
