Can we get some kind of Post limit for posting "New iPhone Rumors" Threads
It seems all the rumors/threads/speculation/my friend said/my dog told me rumors about a new iPhone coming out are from new members with about 10 Posts
Not that old members don't speculate either, but at least we have a sense of a person's track record.

I agree.
How about, you must have 50 post to be able to start a new thread?
For starters, pun intended. ;)

I vote 50 post minimum in the ' - Desktops' thread.
It's clearly listed on the first post of the thread, usually every month, that the date and time and weather is added to people's desktops with GeekTool.
It is listed every second reply through out the thread.
Posters even list links to their GeekTool scripts..
BUT NOOOO!
SOME NEWBIE COMES ALONG AND ASKS "THAT DATE AND TIME THING IS COOL. HOW DID YOU GET THAT THERE?
This.. and Glossy vs. Matte vs. Glassy.

I understand the idea behind moving this thread from the iphone to site feedback forum...
but this wasn't aimed at the forums as a whole, just the iphone forum, wherer I would have hoped the thread stayed so that newbies could read it -_-,
