I wonder when the monopoly lawsuits on iPhone apps are going to pop up, I have honestly been waiting.

this is kinda bs by apple and i agree what apple does. but i dont this is smart with a lot of the crap thats on the app store that gets through recently and stuff like southpark mobile and the last sirius app that tryed to get approved or even the amber alert app that was in limbo for a few months, than other crap like ifart bikinni stuff and i jiggle get approved instantly apple seriously needs to do something bout this approval processes

thats just lame...either allow all apps into the app store to lets us tweak to our hearts content or leave jailbreak alone... jailbreak shows you just how capable people are to tweak and explore the limits of their gadgets...i'm all for it

You can still jailbreak the phone and tweak to your hearts content... there may just be fewer apps available to take advantage of it. So I guess we'll see how capable jail breakers really are now that they will need to write their own apps...

You can sue anyone for anything... so I wouldn't be surprised if they do pop up. But honestly, how is this a monopoly? Why can't a company make a profit on it's own innovation? Apple has been smart and invested a lot of money in all of this. They have every right to set the terms as they see fit.
